After I place my order, can I add/remove items?
To file a complaint, we suggest to take photos and send them to our official email address, otherwise we may also need to collect the product if further investigation will be required.
Once the product is confirmed unfit for consumption, we will proceed with replacement (depending on the availability of stocks of the same item) or refund (either full or discounted amount if a promo code is applied). The refund will be issued to the same credit card or to your Fresh Del Monte wallet if paid by cash. If the order is placed using as a Guest, you will be required to sign up an account to proceed with wallet refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded except in cases in which Del Monte shipped the incorrect product. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may reflect to your bank statement in 5-7 business days.

- 2. Make an order = 1 point = AED 10. For example, if you place an order for 100 dirhams and after the order has been completed, you will get 10 points
- 3. Submission of a Product Review: =10 points.

Maximum number of points you can avail on your next order is 200 points.
You can check your points under Rewards in your My Account.
