With this Christian recipe we introduce into the aristocracy of Piedmontese cuisine: an intense and surprising game of flavors and aromas of the famous Alba White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) and the prized Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum). The natural white truffle is immersed in an exquisite Italian milk butter, which improves the final creaming of the rice. The black truffle is presented in the form of caviar-colored pearls, for a final finishing of the dish as a true Star Chef.
