U ’Bacciuga, a name that summarizes the two main ingredients of this dish: the Baccalà and the Acciuga. It is a recipe with a thousand sensations released in a way distinct from each raw material that Christian has used in his line. The cod, the Taggiasca olives, the potatoes, the shallot are the elements of a sensory journey between the sea and the inimitable land. The phase of the dish is finished with olive seeds and small pearls with the natural aroma of anchovy.
